Welcome. Before you keep clicking around, take a minute to read how we work together when you use this site. When you visit, you're agreeing to these terms.
Using the site
This site exists to share what we do, help you place orders, and answer the questions firms ask us most. You're welcome to read it, share it, and use it to figure out if we're a good fit for your firm.
Please don't:
- Copy our content and pass it off as your own
- Try to break the site or interfere with how it works
- Use the site to do anything illegal
- Submit fake or harassing orders
That feels obvious, but it has to be said.
Our content
The words, images, and design on this site belong to us. You can share a link to a page or quote a sentence with credit. If you want to use more than that, just ask. We're friendly people.
Sample affidavit visuals and reference materials are illustrative. They are not templates for use in actual court filings.
Your content
If you send us a message or place an order through the site, you're giving us permission to read it, route it through our workflow, and reply. We won't share what you tell us with anyone outside the order workflow. There's more in our Privacy Policy.
Placing orders
Orders placed through the site become subject to our standard service terms, including the per-attempt pricing on the Services page. By placing an order you confirm you're authorized to do so on behalf of the firm or party paying for the service.
Final pricing depends on the county tier of the address served and any case-specific factors documented at order intake. Standing-order arrangements with firms running monthly volume override the published per-attempt rates.
What we promise (and what we don't)
We work hard to keep the site accurate and to do the work the way we describe it. We are not perfect. Sometimes information goes out of date before we catch it. Sometimes a server has a bad day. We acknowledge orders the same business day and do our best to fix anything that goes sideways.
This site is not legal advice. It is a service catalog and an order intake system. If you need legal advice, please call an attorney. See our Disclaimer for the longer version.
If something goes wrong
If you have a problem with the site or with the service we provided, tell us. We'd rather hear about it than not. Send a note to info@spslegalservices.com.
By using the site, you agree that we are not responsible for losses that come from your use of it beyond what is required by Ohio law. That's standard, and our lawyer made us say it.
Changes
We might update these terms when something about how we work changes. When we do, we'll post the new version here with the date.
Where we stand
We are based in Ohio. If a legal question comes up about these terms, Ohio law applies.
