Paperwork that holds up
A process serve only matters if the affidavit survives the clerk and the bench. We format every return to Ohio Civ. R. 4.1 and document every attempt.
About
Litigation moves on its calendar, not yours. We exist so a missed service is not the reason a motion slips.
Why we started
SPS Legal Services started because litigation paralegals kept calling firms back about bounced affidavits. Wrong format. Missing notarization. No diligence record. One refile per quarter is a lot of billable hours lost to a problem that should not exist.
We built our process around what the clerk actually accepts and what the bench will not question. The route is the route. The format is the format. The affidavit is the affidavit. There is no creativity in this work, only repetition done well.
Today we cover thirty counties across Central and Western Ohio with a small team of background-checked servers and one dispatch desk. Most orders start with an email and end with a notarized PDF in your inbox.
How we operate
A process serve only matters if the affidavit survives the clerk and the bench. We format every return to Ohio Civ. R. 4.1 and document every attempt.
Your case has a name on it from the moment we accept the order. No relay handoffs, no anonymous dispatch.
Same-day acknowledgement on every order. You know who has it, when attempts begin, and where things stand without chasing.
Flat rates posted online. No add-ons buried in the invoice. If a case needs a custom quote, we say so before any work starts.
Where we work
Lucas to Williams, Sandusky to Defiance. We route every order to the server already in your county, so the first attempt is hours away rather than days.
Email is fastest. Phone works for cases that need scoping before the paperwork moves.
